We do not allow any pets.
Is smoking permitted?
Our property is a smoke free environment. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises or in the vicinity of the entranceways.
Do you have discounts for month long stays?
Yes, we have weekly and monthly rates.
Is housekeeping included?
Weekly housekeeping services are included in weekly rates. Once a week cleaning as well as changing sheets and towels. Monthly rates do not include any housekeeping services.
What utilities are included?
Gas, water and internet services are included in the rental price. For monthly rates, the electricity monthly cost is additional. For weekly rentals, electricity is included.
How far is the grocery store?
The chedraui grocery store is located in a 7 minute walk from the property.
How far is the ferry?
It is a 10 minute taxi ride or a 20 minute walk.
