When giving taxi drivers directions, you can tell them that it is located behind the Chedraui just off Calle 17 – right before you get to the Corpus Christi church. Be sure to tell him it is avenue 15C not 15.

This address is what you would provide to online shopping sites such as Amazon Mexico and other online shopping sites, such as Temu and Shein.

Check-In / Out Policies

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.

Check-In: 2:00 PM onwards

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

If you’d like to leave your bags at Hummingbird Retreat after check-out, we are happy to hold them until your ferry or plane flight.

Room Cleaning

Weekly Rentals – Room cleaning will be provided once per week at 10am on a specific day. Sheets & Towels will be changed on a weekly basis. 

Monthly / Long Term Rentals – Cleaning is not included, unless specifically added as an extra cost weekly service.

Utilities

The property has fiber internet and each room has a separate router & wifi network. Network and password information can be found on your fridge along with a scannable barcode to connect.

All rooms include air conditioners and for weekly rentals we ask that you turn off the AC when not in the room as electricity is expensive on the island.

All utilities (gas, water, internet & trash services) are included in your rental price, with the exception of electricity. For weekly rentals ONLY the electricity cost is included.
