Adults-Only Property
Hummingbird Retreat is an adults-only property. All registered guests must be 18 years of age or older. Visitors under 18 may visit only when accompanied and supervised by an adult guest.
Non-Smoking & Drug Policy
Hummingbird Retreat is committed to providing a clean, healthy and peaceful environment for all guests and residents. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the use of tobacco, cannabis, or any other smoking or vaping products. This prohibition applies to the following:
Inside any apartment
On balconies or patios
In any common areas of the property
Within 10 metres (33 feet) of the property
The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Guests and residents are responsible for ensuring that their visitors also comply with this policy.
Pets
To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests and residents, pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions for small dogs, puppies, cats, or other companion animals. This policy applies to:

Day visitors
All types of pets, regardless of size or breed
If you plan to have visitors during your stay, please ensure they are aware that pets are not permitted on the property at any time.
Registered Guests & Visitors
To help maintain a safe, secure and enjoyable environment for everyone at Hummingbird Retreat, we ask that all guests and residents follow these guidelines.
Short-Term Vacation Guests – Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. The number of overnight guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment.
Long-Term Residents – Long-term residents are welcome to have visitors, including overnight guests, provided they do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment and their guests comply with all property policies during their stay. They are responsible for the conduct of their visitors and ensuring they respect the property’s rules, amenities and quiet hours.
Quiet Hours
To ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay, quiet hours are observed daily: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours, particularly in outdoor areas.
Pool & Common Areas
Our swimming pool, gardens, rooftop patio and BBQ areas are shared amenities for the enjoyment of all guests and residents. Please help us keep these spaces clean, safe and enjoyable for everyone. Pool Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Pool Safety
Use of the pool is at your own risk.
No lifeguard is on duty.
No diving, jumping or running around the pool.
Common Areas
Please clean up after yourself when using shared spaces.
BBQs Grills must be cleaned after every use.
Dispose of garbage appropriately after cooking.
If you are planning a gathering of more than six people, please contact us in advance so we can help coordinate with other guests.
Please respect quiet hours and be considerate of others enjoying the property.
Shared Laundry Facilities
Complimentary shared laundry facilities are available for all guests. To help ensure the machines remain in good working order and are available for everyone, please:
Use only one washing machine at a time if multiple loads are being washed.
Remove your laundry promptly once the wash cycle is complete.
Remove clothing from the clothesline when dry to make space for other guests.
Do not wash comforters, duvets, blankets, pillows, cushions or other bulky items.
